Return & Refund

We @HariCricket understand your needs and would like to offer you world class service. We understand that there could be situations where you might want to return your product purchased from the portal and we would be happy to facilitate the same as explained below:

  1. We only accept returns or exchanges within 15 days of receipt of products by the customers.
  2. All products returned must be in original condition, unused and with original tags and packaging intact.
  3. All returns must be registered with us first by contacting us via email at info@haricricket.com This is to ensure the returns process is as speedy and simple as possible. Please provide us with the following information -
    1. Your Order number
    2. Item Description
    3. Reason of return
  4. Only once the return is authorised, the item should be dispatched.
  5. Items returned will be inspected by our technical team before we can proceed further with either refund or exchange.
  6. Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the resolution / refund process.
  7. Please do not return any damaged goods unless first agreed by a member of our Sales service team. It may result in a slower resolution time, or no refunds being given. Once the item is approved for return, sales team give the address to return the product.

New Goods: If on receipt you are not completely satisfied, simply return the goods unused in the original packaging within 15 days for a full refund (return costs are payable by the customer). You must email info@haricricket.com before returning ANY used products so we can offer advice and/or approval. Please enclose a copy of your invoice requesting an exchange or refund. We regret that carriage charges are not refundable.

Faulty/Damaged Goods: If an item is damaged/faulty on receipt or becomes damaged after use, please contact us immediately for advice. DO NOT return used items before you have contacted us for approval. Should your return of a used item be approved, please ensure that the item is returned in a clean/hygienic condition, failure to do so may result in the item being discarded without compensation. Please note we do not cover return carriage cost for items that have become faulty.

FAQ's

1. If I changed my mind or did not like the product, what to do?

You may simply choose to return the product if it’s unused and is in saleable condition with its original packaging and tags intact. You can also ask for a replacement against this product.

2. Who will bear the shipping charges for goods returned?

Postage cost for return and exchanges will be the responsibility of the sender.

3. How I will get a refund for cancelled / returned orders?

You will receive the approved refund in the same manner in which you made the original payment i.e. Credit card/ debit card / net banking etc. Please allow us at least 10 days from the receipt of the returns for further processing.

WHAT TO DO IF MY PARCEL ARRIVED DAMAGED

  1. Please don’t accept the delivery of any shipments where the outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. For any reason, after taking the delivery, if you realize and recognize that the product is damaged in any manner, you must report this to our customer service within 24 hours of delivery of the shipment. These returns will not be accepted if there is a visible mark and/or identification of the use of the product.
  2. If your parcel is damaged upon delivery, please take photographic evidence and send it straight to our customer service team. info@haricricket.com
  3. All claims for parcels arriving damaged must be made strictly within 24hrs of the delivery date.
  4. Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of our customer service team, we cannot action a refund or replacement.
  5. Once we've received the above information, we will work with you to resolve the problem.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Hari Cricket, reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns.
  2. All Refunds / Replacements should be claimed within 15 days of receipt of the product.
  3. All the Refunds / Replacement will be processed once the returns are received at our warehouses.
  4. All the products must be returned unused along with their original packaging, labels, and boxes. We also reserve the right to reject any return request if the product is not properly packed, opened or the box is ripped up from any side.
  5. Products that are returned and that don't meet our policy will either be stored in the warehouse for you to collect, or you will be charged for the product to be shipped back to your registered address.
